Are your supplements safe for vegans? YES, our GraceDay supplements are Vegan, Non-GMO and Gluten-Free

How old do you have to be to take these? 18 or older

I have certain allergens and sensitivities, are these products safe to take? Please contact your health care physician if you have any concerns about taking any dietary supplement

Will I experience any side effects from these supplements? If any dietary supplement causes negative or undesirable side effects, please discontinue taking them

Is this a prescription drug? NO, our GraceDay supplements are dietary supplements

Are these supplements FDA approved? NO, as most dietary supplements are not. Our supplements however, are stored within an FDA approved facility.

What happens if I do not get desired results from the supplements? We understand that this may happen, however, we are confident that our product is the best. If you don't get the desired results, please see our return policy and check out our 30-day satisfaction guarantee!

 

Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order? All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped within 2-3 days after processing. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed between Monday-Tuesday and shipped between Thursday & Friday.

I have ordered and I have not received an update on my order status, what should I do? If you have not received an update on your order status, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at helpme@thegoodgrace.co . We will respond within business hours.

Refunds & Exchanges

I received a broken or damaged item, how do I begin my refund process? We apologize that this has happened, please reach out to us directly at helpme@thegoodgrace.co to begin your refund process.

I would like to return my items, what should I do? To begin your refund process, your request must meet our refund policy. Refunds will be accepted for the following exceptions with proof of purchase (receipt),

-Broken and/or damaged item

-Unopened and/or un-used

-The wrong item was delivered, from the customers original order

-Within 30 days of item being delivered

Am I allowed to get a refund if shipping is taking too long? Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds for delayed shipping times. We thank you for your patience as you should get your order within 2-3 days after it's processed

Am I allowed to get a refund if third party postal services lose my package? Unfortunately, due to the stresses of COVID-19, we are not responsible for postal services not delivering packages once a tracking number has been given and/or updated as delivered. We advise that you reach out to third party postal services to create a claim with them.

Am I allowed to request an exchange of an item that I ordered? No, unfortunately, we do not conduct exchanges
