GraceDay Retreat 2024

What time should I arrive to the retreat? Guests are encouraged to arrive no later than 4:30pm on Thursday, August 29th 2024 in time for the Welcome dinner and start of the retreat. 

How many spots are reserved for this retreat? We have a limited number of spots for this retreat to keep this experience intimate, private and exclusive. First registered will be first served. 

Can I reserve a spot for this retreat? Only by paying in full (signing up for payment plan options also) during open registration and as spots are available will secure your space in this retreat.

Will there be refunds allowed? No refunds will be allowed, but guests will have up to May 1st 2024 to transfer their registration to someone else. If transferring registration, please send an email with a transfer request including the new guest information to helpme@thegoodgrace.co 

Please note, tranfers will only be allowed to paid in full registration. You will not be able to process a transfer until your registration has been paid in full. 

Are there payment plans available? Payment plans will be available by request in emailing us at helpme@thegoodgrace.co

How old do you have to be to attend this retreat? 18 or older

I have certain allergens and sensitivities, who can I notify? We will be distributing a guest form to all registrants of their specific needs, including food and other allergens. 

Is flight/airfare included in the registration fee? No, registrants are responsible for securing their own flight and travel expenses to and from the airport/resort. The estimated Uber/Lyft cost is $30 one-way. 

What airport do I fly into for this retreat? Phoenix International Airport, which is less than 20 minutes from the assigned resort.

Is flight and ground transportation provided with registration? No, guest are required to secure their own flight and ground transportation to and from the resort.
